GATEWAY NORTH PARKING GARAGE
This project is a 7-level, 1,100 car, cast-in-place concrete parking structure for the Gateway sports arena complex. It incorporates five elevators, two stairs, and operational and security office facilities. Designed according to ADA requirements, it includes twenty-three accessible spaces. The cladding is precast concrete tile and stained cast-in-place concrete, with extensive glazing at the elevators and staircases. The project also includes a 200-lineal-foot pedestrian bridge across Huron Avenue to the new arena.
